Dr R Venkataramanan
Director
Venkat is the Founder and CEO of Karkinos Healthcare and an Advisor to the Chairman, Reliance Industries Limited.
Prior to founding Karkinos, Venkat spent more than 15 years with the Tata Group in various capacities. His last assignment in the Tata Group was as the Managing Trustee of the Tata Trusts where he was responsible for the operations, oversight, and co-ordination of the Trusts’ development programs worth more than USD 1B. He was instrumental in the conceptualization of the Distributed Cancer Care Network and has led the development of multiple apex cancer hospitals across the country. He was a member of the Governing Board of multiple institutions such as Tata Medical Center, TISS, IISc and TIFR. Also, he was the Executive Director and CIO of RNT Capital Advisers which was a USD 350M fund with a portfolio of 15+ investments and Co-Founder of Avanti Finance – a new age fin-tech enterprise for financial inclusion. For several years, he served as an Executive Assistant to Mr. Ratan Tata, the former Chairman of the Tata Group where he was a part of several significant projects including the Tata Motors acquisition of Jaguar Land Rover, launch of the small car Nano and creation of several Joint Ventures. Prior to this, Venkat served as Head of Business Support at the Qatar Foundation, Doha, and Tata Communications.
Venkat is a Science and a Law graduate and has done his Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) from the Sri Satya Sai University, Puttaparthi. He has completed his Doctorate in Engineering (EngD) from WMG, University of Warwick, UK on the role of Technology in Health Care Systems. He is a graduate of the Advanced Management Program (AMP) from the Harvard Business School

Mr. Deepak Babulal Kharwad

Deepak is an independent advisor and financial consultant and has more than 15 years of experience in finance and advisory services, specializing in investment banking and transaction advisory services
Deepak is chartered accountant by qualification and have advised various corporates in the field of investment banking and transaction advisory services.
Deepak is currently heading his own independent advisory firm by name M/s Tvisha Corporate Advisors LLP prior to which he was associated with National Stock Exchange of India Limited.
Deepak is still associated with National Stock Exchange of India Limited as an independent consultant.
Lakshman Sethuraman
Director
Lakshman Sethuraman comes with 16 years of experience in formulating & managing strategic initiatives and program management primarily in healthcare and education.
Sethuraman started his career with Tata Administrative Services (TAS) in the year 2005 and worked on various projects across Tata Group companies. Thereafter, he worked with organizations such as Tata Sons as Executive Assistant to Director – Tata Sons, Tata Medical Center, Tata Institute of Social Sciences and Tata Trusts focusing on formulating & implementing strategic initiatives and program management for setting up of cancer hospitals, tobacco control at a community level, setting-up of vocational education programs and nutrition programs.
He was a key member of the team that conceived and set up the Trusts’ cancer care network across India, an initiative with which he was associated for several years.
His immediate last assignment was with Roche India, managing strategic initiatives in the areas of patient service suite, conceiving & running access projects and establishing strategic partnerships with state governments for distributed cancer care as Director – Access.
He is a B.Tech graduate from IIT Madras and an MBA alumnus from IIM-Ahmedabad.

Dr. R. Sankaranarayanan
Consultant
Rengaswamy Sankaranarayananwas the former Chief of the Cancer Screening Group, Early Detection & Prevention Section and Special Advisor on Cancer Control at the International Agency for Research on Cancer in Lyon, France. He has a MD degree in Radiation oncology followed by post doctoral training in Pittsburgh and Cambridge. After several years of experience in clinical oncology and cancer control in India, Dr Sankaranarayanan joined the International Agency for Research on Cancer (IARC) in 1993. Currently he is serving as a Senior Visiting Scientist at WHO-IARC in Lyon, France. He advises Governments of Tamil Nadu, Kerala in India and several Latin American, Middle-Eastern, South and East Asian and African Governments on cancer prevention, early detection, control and development of efficient, accessible and affordable cancer health services. He is an author in more than 260 papers in international peer-reviewed journals and his manuals on early detection of cervical cancer have been translated into several languages including Chinese, French, Hindi, Portuguese, Russian, Spanish, Thai and Turkish among others

Dr. Moni Abraham K

Moni Abraham Kuriakose has previously served Narayana Health City, Bangalore as director of surgical oncology and director of Mazumdar Shaw Centre for Translational Research. Prior to this he had the following assignments-
- Chairman of Head and Neck Institute, Amrita Institute of Medical Sciences, Cochin,
- Attending Surgeon, and Professor, New York University,
- Professor and Vice Chairman Head and Neck Oncology and Director of Research, Roswell Park Cancer Institute, New York.
He is currently visiting professor at Roswell Park Cancer Institute and New York University. His clinical interests are management of advanced head and neck cancer, skull-base surgery, 3D planning and functional reconstruction. His research laboratory focus on understanding biology of oral cancer stem cells and targeting it to prevent oral cancer and using novel technology platform for early detection of the cancer. He has over 200 peer reviewed publications and five international patents to his credit. He is the author of a four-volume textbook titled `Contemporary Oral Oncology' and the Editor-in-Chief of the journal "Oral Cancer" by Springer-Nature group. He has served Indian head and neck cancer society (FHNO) as its past president and is the President Elect of International Academy of Oral Oncology (IAOO).

Prof Rita Isaac

Rita Isaac, Director of Population Research, Karkinos Health Care & Former Senior Professor at Christian Medical College, Vellore is an internationally recognized expert in cervical cancer prevention and control in low resource settings in India. For more than 2 decades, she has been devoted to establishing models of care in low resource settings for non-communicable diseases with special focus on cervical and oral Cancer and also diabetes and chronic respiratory diseases through translational research in collaboration with international universities and organisations. She has extensively researched community factors that facilitate or hinder cervical cancer screening uptake and significance of stakeholders’ engagement in rolling out effective cancer screening programme in low resource settings. She currently leads the implementation science research at Karkinos Healthcare Pvt Ltd. Mumbai, India. She also directs community cancer outreach programs for underserved populations in the service area of the organisation.
As faculty at Christian Medical College, Vellore, India, her research focused on developing cancer screening strategies and ensuring their effectiveness in resource limited settings. For equity and promotion of early detection of cancer and other non-communicable diseases, she has adopted the strategies like decentralized cancer/NCD care, task shifting to trained frontline health workers to engage the communities and serve as patient navigators which has revolutionized patient care and reduced health disparities. She has championed efforts to decrease smoking and implement other cancer risk reduction programs, as well as to provide critical support to cancer patients and concentrate on cancer control efforts in areas where they could be most effective.
Sripriya Rao

With close to two decades of experience working with the Tata Group, Sripriya has been a trusted strategic advisor and organizational transformation coach for many C-Suite leaders. She worked as Partner and Head for Organisation Change Management for Tata Consultancy Services, managing India, Asia Pacific, Australia and Middle East regions. She is a consistent high performer, recognised as one of the youngest partner and among top twenty five women high performers at Tata Consultancy Services. Sripriya is credited with leading more than fifty highly proficient change teams for large transformation initiatives in Asia Pacific and creating differentiated product offerings and consulting frameworks to manage large scale change in the areas of Next Generation solutions, Enterprise Agility, Digital, Cloud, Robotics and Machine Learning
